Training & facilitation

Susie has been training for many years. She specialises in communications-related issues, particularly digital writing. Her style is active and participative.

Susie is an experienced facilitator, too. She has facilitated meetings and processes in many different situations. Her aim is to ensure that all participants are helped to engage as fully as possible so that the best results are achieved.

  • Facilitate meetings, for example awaydays, conferences.
  • Facilitate processes, for example consultations.

As a qualified coach, Susie is particularly skilled at dealing with potentially sensitive situations.
